Campaigns for local office run on small contributions from the people who live here. There is no large donor behind this one — it is funded by neighbors who want a city government that listens, plans carefully, and follows through.
Your contribution pays for the ordinary work of reaching residents: signs, printing, mailers, and the events where people can ask questions face to face. Whatever the amount, it goes directly toward talking with more of Marina before election day.
You can contribute online or by check. California law requires the campaign to record and publicly report certain information about contributors, including name, address, occupation, and employer, which is why those details are requested either way.
